Great Achievment: MAXON signed Technology Transfer Agreement with a Korean company

On the 25th of November 2015, MAXON made a great progress in its business history-Signing technology transfer agreement with a Korean company specializing in construction engineering and construction management.

“IKC has been directly conducting the construction of new hospital building and is scheduled to perform the CM about apartment houses, multi complex of house and commerce, and hotel projects. Especially, IKC generally manages the project from a plan and design to construction and maintenance step instead of owner. ”

This agreement is about transfering a kind of sandwich panel machine building technology from South Korea to Shanghai, and according to the agreement, MAXON has full right to build and sell equipment under this technology all over the world. IKC already shipped some machines (like EPS block production line, EPS sandwich panel production line and wall panel lines etc) to Iraq for the production of prefabricated materials and also reached agreement to provide housing project in Angola.

MAXON has been specialized in the designing and manufacturing of sandwich panel production lines and roll forming equipment with the technology originated from Chinese Taiwan and some machineries are out of style, and MAXON has urgent need to upgrade its production lines. Now it’s time.

With this new new technology, MAXON will largely spread its production lines and improve the standards not only for the sandwich panel production lines, but also for its roll forming machine equipment. New production lines will manufacture produts faster, and more accurate, and will look more fashionable. It’s a historic move for MAXON to speed up its internationalization strategy and also a big move for IKC to spread deeper in the international market.  Thanks IKC for its devotion to roll forming industries.
