Rockwool insulation PU edged production line is designed to continuously produce composite panels by bonding rockwool core with polyurethane edge sealing for improved strength and fireproof performance.The process includes raw material feeding, rockwool placement, PU edge foaming, and controlled lamination under pressure. Standard thickness ranges from 50–75 mm, with customization available based on project requirements.
