C and Z Purlin Quick Change Roll Forming Machine

C and Z purlin quick change roll forming machine manufactures both Cee & Zed shaped section channels with shapes and sizes quick changed by PLC control. For a steel structural building project, people always use Cee and Zed steel purlins (different web sizes and different flange sizes).
A traditional c and z purlin quick change roll forming machine can make many section channels of different sizes (standard: 6 different sizes varied from 80-300mm web sizes,50-100mm flange sizes,15-20mm leg sizes), but it needs manual changing and each size changing will take at least 2 hours, as a result, traditional c/z steel purlin roll forming machines don’t work so much efficiently.

On a semi-automatic c and z purlin quick change roll forming machine, there are three separate rolling tools installed on three sub-frame which can move horizontally. Like a traditional c or z steel purlin roll forming machine, this semi-automatic roll forming machine makes different c or z shaped section channels by manual changing. However, on a traditional c/z purlin roll forming machine, we change spacers between rolling tools, while on a sem-automatic machine, operators just move the respective sub-frames to adjust for different sizes of web heights or flanges.

Brief Introduction of Interchangeable C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine

Due to the birth of semi-automatic c and z purlin quick change roll forming machines, the changing time is greatly improved.
