MTC has honor to have two clients visited the company last month for business meeting about purchasing roll forming mills. One from US came to check floor decking roll forming machine and the other one from South Africa visited for purchasing rolling shutter door panel roll forming machine and assistance equipment.

METAL FLOOR DECKING ROLL FORMING MACHINE

The client from United States visited MTC on April 23rd, a heavily raining day. MTC had been in touch with the client a month ago regarding the client’s inquiry of floor decking roll forming machine. After receiveing the formal quotation sheet, the client finally decided to visit MTC for a face-to-face meeting.

The client is a construction company located in US and use a huge amount of floor decking sheets each year, specifically the 1.5″ deep B Deck. “Due to the high costs and late delivery time, it’s much better to buy a roll forming machine producing the sheets by myself “, the client told. “Apart from my own use, I know many business man do the same job, and I can sell decking sheets to them as well.” We can see a promising future is twinkling in his eyes and we will support him as much as we can.

During this meeting, the client understood about the details and specifications of the machine he really wants. For example, the client clearly pointed out a hydraulic decoiler is necessary. Labour cost is a big investment, as a result, automation is the first condition of buying a floor decking machine. To be honest, automation plays a big role in client’s decision to buy roll forming machines. Like another client that visited us last month.

ROLLING SHUTTER DOOR PANEL ROLL FORMING MACHINES

Mr. Wessel Bester is running a rolling shutter door facility in South Africa. Because of the need to upgrade his existing rolling shutter door roll forming machine, Wessel got in touch with us. The current roller shutter door panel machine has been working over 10 years, and cannot satisfy the current orders. Therefore, Wessel stronly requested full automatic roll forming machine for sale that would work from decoiling, roll forming and size adjustment.

MTC studied Wessel’s requirements carefully and provided the best solution, so Wessel decided to come to talk face to face. On April 26th, we have Mr. Wessel Bester visiting the company and Wessel was deeply impressed by our facility.

After the touring in our workshop, we sat down to talk about his needs and expectations. Apart from a roller shutter panel machine, a steel rolling shutter door track roll forming machine and an auto seaming machine are also on the list.  According to Wessel, he would go on with a rolling shutter slat roll forming machine for the next move. Right at this moment, most of the local rolling shutters are made of panels, so as a pioneering supplier of shutter doors, it’s a correct call to start rolling shutter slat doors.
