Brief Introduction of Oval Pipe Roll Forming Machine

This oval pipe roll forming machine, designed for producting oval shaped electric conduits or electric wiring ducting, consists of a 3TON manual decoiler, feeding unit, cooling system, roll forming system, transmission system, cutting system, control system and run-out supporting rack.

We use individual forming stands structure and each very pieces of stands are elec-chrome coated, and a tracking fly-saw cutter has been equipped to enable the continuous production of the oval pipes so that the final roll formed pipes are cut with roll forming no stopping; PLC control system has been provided to offer automatic and continuous production, and customers just give order of cutting lengths and quantities to the machine through the control system, everything can be done fully automatically.

The raw materials suitable for this oval pipe roll forming machine are galvanized steel or prepainted steel with thickness 0.3-0.6mm thickness, and manual operation is also provided so that customers can easily operate and adjust the machine whenever feeding materials with different thickness.
