We delivered an eps/rockwool sandwich panel production line to one of our domestic clients on the 1st of April, and this production line will make both metal roofing and wall sandwich panels with both EPS or Rockwool available as the core or insulated materials.

The EPS and rockwool sandwich panel production line consists of decoilers, roll forming machines, hat purlin roll former, a simple slitter, feeding tables for core materials like EPS/XPS board or Rockwool/Glass Mineral wool strips etc, edge bending machine, main pressing machine and fly-saw tracking cutter.

The finished products metal roofing or wall sandwich panels with are usually made from pre-painted steel as the facial materials (top and bottom layer) and EPS/XPS board or Rockwool/Glass Mineralwool strips as the core materials. The whole production line will be running fully automatically (EPS/XPS board or Rockwool/Glass Mineralwool strips will be fed into the machine manually) including roll forming, pressing and cutting through PLC control system. Blog Content
